Hello @Einat2.  You have a lovely apartment and very positive reviews.  I notice that you have only 5 reviews in 3years so I wonder if the lack of activity is causing your listing to be way down the list for searchers.  Many long term hosts have noticed a large influx of hosts in their area due to the increased marketing by Air BNB.

You might consider an experiment in which you temporarily lower your rate to get the booking requests and increase your activity.  Also, have you considered Instant Book?  It is the default search criteria for travelers now which can be turned off, but new Air BNB travelers may not know to do that.
