Help explaining my listing to guest

I recently listed our lot in a Class A Motorcoach Resort on Airbnb. Thank you, I do have my first guest confirmed already. A problem I am having is how to explain to a prospective guest that I do not have a bedroom or a bathroom for them to use. The options on Aurbnb don't let me use zero's to indicate that. When someone stays on our lot they live in their Class A Motorhome, just like they would in any camp ground. We provide electric, water and sewer. We also have a large outdoor area, on the same concrete pad that the RV and 2 cars would occupy, containing a covered kitchen/bar area, granite counter tops, double sinks with HOT water, garbage disposal, a small refer, an outdoor dining table and chairs, a cabin porch and a garden area. They would need to use their own gas grill for cooking, if they so choose or cook in their Motorhome. I realize this is a unique property. Any suggestions?
