How Payoneer card payout method works for Armenia?

Good afternoon friends. 

I am a host from Armenia, and probably my Armenian colleagues will help me understand the issue I am having. The bank transfer method I have been using for payouts turned out to be very inconvenient, as I get charged both by my local bank, and a mediator bank, so I end up losing USD35 per transaction.

I want to change the payout method to Payoneer card. Has anybody tried that in Armenia? Is it properly functioning here?
