I had a client cancel his reservation, but Airbnb blocked the dates he had reserved. How can I get them unblocked? I see not help info or resolution info for doing that on their site.
It looks like the guest asked you to cancel by sending you a request. They didn't cancel from their site I'm afraid. It is a very sneeky set up. It now looks like you cancelled the booking and that is why airbnb blocked your calender + you now have a "host cancelled a trip" on your listing which is not looking that good for upcoming guests. Hurry up and call airbnb and tell them about the mistanke. They can read the communication you had with your guest saying it was the guest who wanted to cancel not you.
