Recently we have found our guests are not leaving a review. This has been very surprising as 99% of previous guests have written a review.  Has the guest review system been changed?  We look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for the link and a little relieved to hear it is no reflection on us.  However, I don't want to start to ask guests to leave a review.  Go back to basics airbnb!  Remember how it all started!!
