Help please! Co-host payout preferences

Hi there,  I am helping my mom with her listing.  I have set it up and believe I am the main account holder and she is connected as a host.  All payouts need to go to her and have loaded a payout method under her account but the earnings aren't showing there.  How can I set it so that she receive's the payouts under my profile?

Add your moms bank details to your airbnb payout preferences, once verified you can make it the default payout account or decide what percentage to send to that account.

Hey Jeff, thank you for the response.  I have tried doing that but Airbnb says the name on the bank details need to match mine. When I add it under my profile, which I've done multiple times, it doesn't accept it.  

Is there no way that I can get someone from Airbnb to assist me?

Sorry @Michélle0  I didn't see you're in SA, whole different ball game. I think payouts have to be through payoneer, have you read this help sheet:
