@Matthew62, you can go to Host -> Reviews and click on the "Leave a Public Response" link. But usually after 14 days this will no longer be available.
Hi - if I understand your question correctly - you cannot respond to a review.
Once you review a guest AND they review you, the reviews are public.

@Brigid1, yes you can! But it will show on your own profile for all eternity so best to be careful in how you phrase it.
Hi Matthew, just be really careful with how you write the response, as it will show on your profile and you don't want to come across in a bad or petty way to future guests. I read the review and they had a great stay overall, apart from the minor issues. You could just say something about having addressed them, and that you state in the house rules or whatever about the internet. (as for me, I expect ''in this digital age'' that guests bring their own internet if they need it). Just don't go overboard, or write a long reaponse, or whatever you do, don't respond to any ''private feedback'' as it will bring it to where you may not want it to be.
