Help with a locked booking

Hi I was in the middle of a booking with a guest and i accepted her with 2 minutes to go before the booking expired. However suddenly the booking said it was expired so i tried to re instate it by sending an offer but  the calendar says those dates are now nit available.

I dont have any other bookings for then. 

The guest tried to re-book as her request says expired too. She is not able to do that either as for it shows those same dates are not avialable either.

How do we resolve this?

I now have a blocked date and no booking?

Requested nights are always blocked if not accepted or declined on time. Waiting minutes to the hour is unreliable, so if possible next time don't play it so close.

Tell your guest you will contact Airbnb to get booking re-instated.

Then best contact Airbnb. Calling always works best for me. Other hosts swear by Twitter.
