Hi, I would like to log a complaint against a host for cancelling our accommodation

Pretoria, South Africa

We are going to KNynsa for the weekend and the host sent me a text cancelling our accommodation. More surprising it was sent by someone else on her behalf. I still have not received any apology. The reservation was for Sea and LAgoon in Sedgefield, the host was Rina.
