Hi everyone. Entire house vs Private roomy

Hi Everyone. Since Im new to airbnb hosting I wanted to know which option should I choose regarding the rental options. I have 3 private rooms to rent out in a house where I also live. If I would rent it as entire house then I could list all 3 rooms but its not correct as I am also living here myself. If I choose to rent it as private room I can only rent out one room at the time. 

Should I do 3 different listing under the same aadress?

@Martin-and-Esti0 if you are going to rent out the 3 rooms individually then you need 3 separate listings.

@Martin-and-Esti0 Don't list it as "entire house." That means that you are not in the guest's space, at all. I think that would make guests angry--as they often don't read the details.  You can list it at shared space, and offer all 3 bedrooms to 1 group if you want to try that approach. Good luck!
