airbnb rental hosting really works well in Israel - may I take my chance and say - Tel Aviv mostly. 
but after talking and knowing another host region I think other places in Israel starts to work well as well.

And the necessary for getting together for a quick response and help is useful - so Israeli guest and others that can use it join my facbook closed gruop.
