I get a booking today that I confirm. The guest give me his number and ask me to call him and confirm his booking. 

I call him and say that it was ok to check in today evening. I sms him my address. Now I can see that Airbnb is waiting for him to update his payment details. Will that be a problem for me if he don’t?

@Mattias17  YES, if the guest doesn't pay, you don't get paid.

@Mattias17   I smell trouble.  Do NOT communicate with a guest outside of the Airbnb messenger app. Ever.  You made a big mistake by giving out your address.  You'd better call Airbnb right away.
