Hi.

Can anyone assist please? I have a confirmed booking reservation. The guest made payment and it shows on my calendar.

Now the client told me the transaction was reversed on his credit card.

What do I do now?

First - be very careful here that you are not being set up for a scam...do not go off platform for payments etc

 

 heck your calendar- or your reservation list. Can you see the reservation and is it saying either confirmed or approved. If so, that means payment was received. However, given what your guest is saying I would also contact Airbnb and ask them to confirm payment has been received

@Otto17 If the guest is telling the truth, this is an issue for the guest to work out with Airbnb, nothing to do with you at all. Just advise him to contact Airbnb.

Yes, Catherine. I did.

They told me to wait a bit as sometimes there could be a delay in payment by the banks.

The payment did actually come through in the end..
