Can anyone assist please? I have a confirmed booking reservation. The guest made payment and it shows on my calendar.
Now the client told me the transaction was reversed on his credit card.
What do I do now?
First - be very careful here that you are not being set up for a scam...do not go off platform for payments etc
heck your calendar- or your reservation list. Can you see the reservation and is it saying either confirmed or approved. If so, that means payment was received. However, given what your guest is saying I would also contact Airbnb and ask them to confirm payment has been received
