Please tell me if airbnb fees are paid after the special offer price?

Airbnb fees are collected based on the price the guest actually paid.

Well actually what I meant and figured out when I send a special offer I pay from that price host fee and on top of that a guest pays a guest fee. So I get following amount after deduction: special price minus airbnb host fee
