Host Protection Insurance - valid in the UK?

I'm not entirely clear if the Host Protection Insurance (which is different to the Host Guarantee) covers hosts in the UK - can anyone answer this definitively?  I would also like to confirm that one of it's functions is to provide liability cover if a guest is injured. My 3rd party home insurance does give me some limited cover for damage by paying guests but is very hazy when it comes to the extent of injury liability TO giests, and I would like to know if I am already covered for that under the AirBnB sheme - thanks for any input you can give!

Have a look at Airbnb's help centre and search for host guarantee and host protection (liability insurance)  for details on what is covered.

Obviously over and above this you will need  your own  tailored home insurance that covers short term lets. Admiral is one company in the UK that offers this.
