Host Review Rate

We are experiencing a 50% review rate by guests.  Yet we, as hosts are doing 100% reviews!  I think Airbnb needs to clarify the importance of guests writing reviews and incentivize these somehow! Or have an impact to guests that do not write reviews consistently.

@Koral2   When I first started I noticed less than 50% were leaving reviews in our first 3 months or so, and for some reason a few months in, I'd say 70% or more now leave reviews. So weird!
