Host Using Email Address as Their Name on Listing

I have a question.  There are several AIRBNB listings in our hotel condominium building and we do compete against each other, obviously.  I just saw a new listing that does not have a person's first name on it, but their full email address with their name on it, the listing is Titled the name of our hotel condominium building, and all the dates are blocked off.

Is this proper???

Probably not, since it's not a home sharing experience that airbnb promotes. All you can really do is report the listing, there is a prompt under the price box says: report this listing.
