i have a dilemma. Our Airbnb host canceled us the day before we were to arrive. However, she did it via a private message by SMS and has not canceled the booking on the Airbnb website.
Hi @Dennis330. Take a screenshot of the message and add it to the Airbnb message board asking the host if her private text message was correct. Was she cancelling your booking? If so, why has she not done it through the message board and Airbnb. Make note of the time stamp it was received. If so, or you do not hear back from her, contact Airbnb ASAP for assistance to find another homestay space.
