Hi, does anybody have a person or persons who help with the property 100%?. Live there, do the cleaning and greeting and reservation and emails etc. How much do you pay them and what would be a fair percent? Thanks!

Hi @Kathryn117, Since they are the mainstay of the work, I would compensate between 65 to 75%. I think a generous percentage is called for, because if this person is dissatisfied with the split and refuses to continue, it will create a big mess for you.
