Host insurance underwriter

Hello,

I’m from Canada and am trying to get information for my insurance company. I forwarded them the insurance information listed on the ABnB website but they asked me to provide the name of the Insurance Company that holds the policy and the policy number.  The customer service reps can’t help me and keep sending me the information on the website.  Has anyone else had this problem ?  Does anyone else have the information or know where to get it?

The host protection insurance is through www.aon.com.

The host guarantee policy is not insurance, its controlled and paid out by airbnb.
