Host not receiving the 'Changes to a Booking' Form

I have submitted the details to change a booking three times now and the host is saying he has not received it. What should I do?

@Judy239 ask the host to change the booking and you'll get asked to confirm it. If the host does not know how to change the booking, tell them to go to their reservations and click "change" on your reservation.

Thanks Jeff. The host has told me, quote -  Airbnb deals with cancellations and dates adjustments. So once you contact them they will be able to help you with any dates adjustments...

I did copy and paste to him on the message board the instructions from Airbnb that I had followed, and how he should respond,  but he hasn't replied.

I'll do as you suggest and see what happens.

@Judy239, tell the host, quote "the host is perfectly capable of handling date adjustments".

Tell them to use the Change button on your reservation and make the change.

I have never had to force the guest to call AirBnB to make a simple reservation change.

 

This sounds like a host who is either extremely lazy, or not familiar with how things work.

Or both.

Thanks Mathew, I'm not sure why it should have been such a problem but it's sorted now, the host has changed the booking.
