Host not responding

Hello,

 
 
It is my 1 time booking by airbnb.
Do you have experiences with??
 
I start work in Lisbon 22,08.
fly to Lissabon 18.08
 
I booked 2 rooms. in Lissabon.
1. from 18-27.08 by Diana.
 
she gives me totaly different street like in map/description
very strange.
 
2. from 27.08-11,09 by Rute
 
also her the adress is different in map and different in description.
 
she-Rute- do not contact me, no answer on phone and mails.!!!!
 
I payed 263 euro for this room.Airbnb not answer too and no possibility to call them or write e mails.
 
So I have a problem.
 
I decided cancell this/they promice full payment back until 3 days before check in.
Now, I tryed cancell and they want pay me 50% back    what a shame!
 
I was thinking ask you about your experiences with this company.
If I will rent room by you I prefare pay you cash.
Do not want work with this company anymore.
 
I really need think what I have to do.
What is your opinion??? wait for advice. Thank you.
