Host ratings inaccuracies.

Hi all!

Weve been hosting for a few months now and we were expecting to get our superhost status early July as we have a 4.9 overall. But I’ve noticed that our rating is different on the ‘tips’ section of our profile, it states we have a 4.6! All of our reviews are up to date and I can’t figure out why the discrepancy. Is this a common problem and will it effect us getting superhost next week?

@Matt-And-Sophie0 it is a glitch, stats are wrong and and Airbnb is working on fixing it.

We are being told we wont qualify for Superhost rnewal because our review rate is 13% but 20 out of the last 24 guests left reviews - WHAT IS UP?  Are the stats wrong for everyone.
