Host sharing about guests who leave unfair reviews

Anyone else wish there were a platform that just hosts could see that would give hosts a heads-up about guests who leave unreasonable reviews?

  There have been a lot of situations in my 2 year hosting experience where a guest has followed all the rules, communicated well, and left my place tidy, so I've left them a nice review. Then I'm utterly blindsided by a completely unreasonable review by the guest, frequently over something totally out of my control, i.e. traffic, neighbors dog, smokey wildfire air,etc.. I wish there were a way to warn each other about petty, needy guests who leave you ridiculous reviews that you of course have no idea is coming until it's too late. I'd love the option to refuse guests who were reported by other hosts to have left an unfair review. It's infrequent, but it sure would be nice to eliminate these outliers from the hosting experience .

@Rachael85 , there is a Chrome extension called AirReview. When you go to a guest's page, you see the reviews they have left directly below the ones they have received.

You can determine for yourself whether they are serial bad reviewers, or just managed to book a terrible listing that needed a bad review.

So there is no need for a new mechanism by which we can warn others hosts about a nasty reviewer. Hosts with the extension have that information at their fingertips!
