Trying to learn how to utilize these tools & resources.
Revenue has been extremely low for the month of August. I believe I have tried every strategy to remain competitive.  Any recommendations?

I dont think you are doing anything wrong it's just the way it is at the moment it seems the same for many people in the US, Lots of Facebook groups people are saying the same.

Apart from joining other platforms maybe you could pick up business from them,

Have you looked at Furnished Finder? 

Play around with your titles and descriptions change your rates up and down a few $$$$$
