Hosting - Available Dates

Hi everyone. This is my first time hosting and I need a little help. I was negotiating dates with someone, meanwhile someone else booked my place and now the dates are not available. Can someone please help me? I would like to accept someone I have been talking to for over a day and we just settled on dates for her stay. Thank you all so very much.

You can cancel the confirmed booking (thou i dont think is very nice to do so) and proceed the dates you are negotiating with.

On a side note, you may want to block the dates so other interested guests cant book it when you are discussing with others.

If it's an Instant Book, you can cancel "not comfortable hosting this guest" without penalty. I agree with @Sora0 that if you don't want these types of occurrances to happen you should block the relevant dates while you handle inquiries.
