Hosting fees

Good day

please may I get some feedback regards hosting fee % 

I am currently charging my clients 20% and I don’t feel like it’s covering my time, effort and hosting skills adequately.

hope you are well and your apartment looks so lovely. 

regarding pricing I am not quite sure what you mean as hosts set their own pricing and Airbnb charges the guest up to 16% (or around that point) as their admin fee and 3% to the host. 

If you could maybe explain further your situation, perhaps we could better assist you with your problem.

Hi Yadira 

I am a host for clients who live in another country. Hence I do all of the work. 
trying to get an idea of what % to charge the client. 
I also host my own properties.

Do you mean you are a co-host @Tavia0  If so it is up to you to set fees that cover the work involved (taking into account what your competitors are charging).

I don’t have access to any other hosts here

as we don’t have an actual community where I am based. 
hence the question - if anyone who Co-hosts can give me an idea of what they charge it would be most helpful
