Hosting in Bloomfield NJ

I am new to Airbnb and still learning the ropes.  I'm located in Bloomfield NJ and I am looking to connect with other Airbnb hosts to learn about their experiences and how they went about setting up their Airbnb.  I would like to see what others are doing about tax collection when Airbnb does not collect/remitt occupancy tax.  I would also like to know if the city of Bloomfield requires you to register your Airbnb with them.  I would greatly appreciate any insights you can offer.
