Do any of you fellow hosts, host on multiple sites? I am considering this, as AirBnB seems to have experienced a decline in service. My
guests have asked me to consider offering other options with their booking, as they are finding AirBnB difficult to navigate, gain assistance.
I am concerned about how complicated this could be. Any advice, recommendations?
Yes, many hosts list on multiple sites. It's not hard, you just have to be sure to keep your calendars sync'ed:

You can also choose to buy channel management software:

@Maria730 I host on 3 different platforms currently and although I'm fairly new at it, just started last year, it has been pretty simple so far. I haven't even sync'd my calendars yet, although if I add one more platform, I will need to do so. Airbnb has sent me the most bookings, but as of late, I believe my newbie extra boost of promotion must have run out, because the bookings have greatly slowed down.
We host hundreds of property. Overbooking used to be our biggest nightmare. But there's this thing called Channel Manager that helps us to manage multiple properties. It makes it easier for us to set rates and to keep the calendar availability updated real-time.
There's a lot of Channel Manager out there that offers multiple features and fees. You should find one that suits you best. But let me save you the hustle. I was writing an article about The Best Channel Manager of 2019. We list the PROs and CONs based on the feedback and reviews from hosts all over the world. Here's the link:
