Although I have updated and checked My personal details, many times in the last 3 weeks.   EG    Prices, and all is in order, It does not how up on the search page  It still shows a huge price wgich I have NEVER put in.  IE== £174 a night when it should be £150        What do I do Please?

 Second question   ---- airbnb is saying I have declined 2 reservations   this year. In fact 2 seperate guests made enquiries and did not go any further. Why  am I penalised if guests do Not book?   I answer their questions etc, and if they choose not to go ahead, that is their decision, NOT MINE.

The price shown in search is including all fees.

If you answer on an Inquiry , you are finished. There is no obligation to decline or pre-approve.

(But for a request it is obliged to accept or decline)
