Hosts fees

Hello! I have just uploaded my first listing and I have a question about the hosting fees. I have read somewhere on the site that it's between 3-5%, but my first reservation sums up a subtotal that I can't understand. Say the price for one night is 115 euros and the guests are staying 3 nights. The subtotal is 279. What fees are applied? How do I know what price to put in order to receive as much as I wished to from the beginning (here 115 euros). Thank you in advance!

AirBnB will take 3% from your earnings as a host. 

This is separate to the 10-13% they charge your guests for booking.

So, if it was one night at $100: you would earn £100 minus 3%
