Hosts with multiple listings

Hi, I have one property, but I can rent it as the whole property, the main house or the out-houses. I only want to rent the 2 seperate halves out of main holiday season when big groups are less likely to book the whole place, so can how do I create, effectively 3 listings with 3 different prices, availability & suitability for different numbers of guests from the same log-in & email or do I have to create 3 seperate log-in's & ads?

I am responding to follow this conversation! I am curious how that would work as I am interested in doing the same thing. Renting out rooms in the main house, same location.  Am I able to add rooms, on same property? or edit and bill request for additional services?

Add me to the thread, we have a wee apartment that we move into when the main house is rented...I'd like to be able to set it up so that people can choose the apartment or the house but never both.  (A landlady has to have a place to sleep too!)
