House Manual released to guests - Airbnb Community

House Manual released to guests

Hi

I have confirmed reservations for 3 different guests and all have said, they have not received the House manual including the wi fi details. On the site it confirms that this information is released once the reservation is confirmed. Does anyone know what I have to do for guest to receive this info, apart from cutting and pasting into an email?
