House rules in the listing

We currently have the new house rules in the listing, but our 'old' house rules seem to be now sitting underneath as well. It doesn't seem to want to allow me to edit it off. Have cleared browser etc.

We are fine with the new listed ones displayed at top of your image, but want to get the lower half edited off (different format, same info).

@Tania15 What kind of device are you using to make the editing?  If you are using an app, I'd switch over to Google Chrome if possible.  If not, try clearing the app's cache and see if you can update successfully.
