House rules on my phone. ....editable view vs complete view

I do most of my work on my smart phone.  When I look at my 2 cabins' house rules in the edit view everything looks just right, the breaks between the rules, the spacing, etc.  But when I look at the rules in both the preview mode or switch from host to guest mode, the house rules look like one very long paragraph with no breaks between each rule.

The way the rules are presented in the listing  (the layout) seems OK to me (using a desktop)

Thanks, that is the listing.  I know it looks ok on a desktop, the issue is with a smart phone.  I have called Air, they are no help.  Thanks
