How can I apply to work for any listing?

Hi, I am Dianne, and I do not have any listing in airbnb. But, I have been working part time as one of the host's customer service team. I was hired by the person originally working for the team. I reply to emails, help guests with their bookings, get in touch with cleaners, navigate through check-in and checkout of the guests and remind the guests about their requirements i.e. passport copy and other legal documents (Osaka, listings). 

I would like to help other hosts as well with regards to their listing. I am a fast learner and I am a marketing management major for which I am equipped with the necessary skills to increase guest loyalty and ensure service quality for all.
