@Esra4 The criteria for Superhost are:
Overall rating: 4.8 (that is just the star rating you get for Overall, not the individual ratings like cleanliness)
Response rate: 90% (responding to Inquiries and Requests within 24 hours)
0 Cancellations: (You have a recent cancellation showing- that will prevent you from qualifying for 1 year)
Stays: 10 stays over the past year OR 100 nights over 3 stays (that allows hosts who get long-term bookings to qualify)
Trips reviewed: 50% (that means the % of guests who leave reviews for you, not the %of guests you leave reviews for)
You have a bunch of good reviews- guests really like you and your place. But that cancellation makes you ineligible for a year. Too bad.
But don't worry about Superhost too much- it doesn't seem to matter as far as getting more bookings. It's mostly the reviews, the price and the photos that make guests want to book.
