@Thomas1415, yes you can actually. No disrespect @Timi-and-Istvan0 but i have done it. It can sometimes take assistance from ABB Customer Service but it can often be done. First try the regular route, Go to the guest profile, click on Report this Profile, click on They are Scamming or spamming me,  then click on They advertised or solicited something, then go to House Rules, then Block this Person SHOULD show up on that page after that. This is how I blocked a former bad guest, very roundabout way to ge to it. IF that does not work, Click on your profile, go to Get help -> Scroll down to Still need help? -> Contact Us -> on the Waht is this about page click on the appropriate box, and then hit Message Us. you will get a Rep as soon as one is available, be patient, sometimes it can take up to half a day. Usually I get someone within an hour. Tell them what you want to do and why. The folks on the keyboards are often Hosts with tons of experience and I almost always get super positive results this way. The couple of occasions that were mildly unsatisfactory were not really anything anyone could fix because they refuse, I believe, to hire enough decent IT personnell. Good Luck!

@Thomas1415 Airbnb says you can block them and that if you block them, "they won’t be able to send you messages or send you a reservation request."  Here's the article telling how to do it:

On the message page, open your conversation, and scroll down on the left to "Report This User."  Choose "They're being offensive."  When you get to the next page, you can say why you want to report them (if they've not abusive or hostile), and then say you want to block them.

@Ann72  I tried that initially and it wasn't working at that time, that is how I found out about the other roundabout method. I was walked through it by a Specialist through messaging. I would try both @Thomas1415

@Ava30 Thank you!  I didn't see your first answer because I took so long to type mine 🙂

The one I mentioned doesn't start on the guest's profile, it starts in the messaging with the guest.  At the bottom of the profile you get "Report this profile," and in the messaging you get "Report this user."  I've heard that "Report this user" works, but I'm not really sure, as I rarely get repeat guests!
