How can I charge extra for cleaning

None likes 'fees' these days.

Yet, unless you choose to rent your property for fewer than say 7 nights, factoring the cleaning into a 2-3 night stay would make your overnight rates prohibitevely high, and you would be possibly pricing yourself out of market.

If you can factor it into the rate, do so. It will help with your reservations. If not, go for the fee.
