How can I edit the location in the maps

hi there, I've tried to edit the point on the maps, but I can not edit it, it's grey out. Is there anyway i can edit it? the location is a little bit off compare to the real house. thanks

You can't @Lisa544.  Is it off when searching in your settings or when viewing your listing in a search.  If it is off when viewing it in your settings, you will need to contact Airbnb and they can do this for you manually.

hi there, many thanks for your help. actually it's off my area when I do searching, so it leads many guest fail to find the place, and they gave me a call. so just wonder what I should do to contact Airbnb member? Thanks.
