How can I estimate my future incomes?

Hi colleagues!

I am configuring my profile as Host and I can't find a tool that (a year ago) let me estimate the future incomes.

Can somebody guide me to find it?

I can’t remember how to get to it @Florencio6 but don’t rely on it as it shows you how much you could earn based on full capacity.

Far better for you to estimate income on number of days your research shows you, you are likely to fill x the rate you charge fir the average number likely to occupy your place.

And don’t use smart pricing.

Use what those with comparable places locally charge as a benchmark.
