How can I get reviews for previous hostings outside airbnb on to my listing?

Hi

I'm new to airbnb but an old hand at hosting both in Friendship Force and Servas for many years plus I had my own 14 room B+B  a while back. I am concious of the fact I have no reviews on airbnb and this is a big disadvantage. Can I have other clients from past hostings review  me?

Unlike some other sites, at this time Airbnb only allows for referrals, not outside reviews. You can request a friend, relative or previous guest to write a referral of you and they can mention that they stayed (if they did) and talk about their experience. Unfortunately the text will only show up on your profile page and not the listing page, but at least it is something. On the listing page it will show the number of references you have accumulated and link to them. This link will be just to the right of your picture above the profile paragraph.

@Reg4  You can also cut and paste the old reviews into your listing description.
