According to my account information, payments were set to paypal adress 1 as defaut
Paypal address 1 is fully functional
Paypal address 2 is not
Unfortunatelty AirBnB says that they sended my payment to this second one
Of course, Paypal says they never received (of course there's no valid account by this email address)
When I ask AirBnB support, I get confusing answers
Sometimes they say they always send at the default address (then I tell them that they didn't, then they invent that default address was set as opposite despite website display, then I say they have the bug, then they sauy timestamp prove them right)
OK, if so how in the world could they send and not receive some error message from Paypal
Then they litterally invent that I told them, the money arrived on paypal account (when did I say that, again some invention)
Now I understand why many websites use (useless) bots, it real humans just tell (written !) lies . Is there any way to swicth agents to have problem properly investigated rather than some quick 'i didn't even read your message I try to invent some BS' answers ?
