How can i contract Airbnb staff?

Good question. They seem to be making this more difficult all the time. I've just gone through all the options and sent a message in whatever box I could write in. There are people there somewhere, it seems as though they've decided we should stay at arm's length all the time. You have to ignore some of the rules to break through to a person. That's my experience.

Use the search function on this community center -- there have been about 2 dozen posts, at least, giving info to hosts on how to reach Airbnb.
