How come some of my confirmations show my separate cleaning charge, but others do not show it?

Versus

As a Super Host, @Kelly230, you were probably sent a specific US Super Host Customer Service phone number.  I was, so you might have that number in old emails.  If you can't find it and I don't provide that number on this site, here is a guide to contacting Air BNB various ways.

My hint for contacting by phone is to call in the wee hours of the morning, my usual wake up time :D, so the call volume is lower and your wait time is shorter.   Good luck!
