How do I add more photos to a resolution?

Hey guys, I have opened a resolution with a guest. I have added photos but can now no longer edit the resolution inorder to add more. Airbnb ask for invoices for services to repair damage which I now have but no longer seem to allow you to add photos after the initial resolution is posted (this is a change to the interaction of the site since I last used it when I coudl edit). Can I only do this after I involve Airbnb?
