How do I approve a reservation that is expired? I am new to this, but the problem was not my error.

The party who reserved, couldn't access her ex-husbands email, so we both agreed that we would let the original reservation expire, and then I would approve the new one within 24 hours, when she re-newed. The problem of course, is that AirBnB blocked those dates out, so now she can't re-reserve the room. After several fruitless minutes trying to find something on the help pages, and no-go, there doesn't appear to be any way to do this. Nobody to call, either. Klunky! Any help appreciated!

You could try sending her a special offer, that worked for me when there was a glitch in the system, best of luck!

I reservation can not "be expired", unless payment is not made within 24 hours time limit.

Only a pre-approval or a special offer can expire, but then dates are not blocked.

So i guess you did not react to a reservation request within the time limit ?

Then the dates are blocked, but you can unblock them yourself in the calender:
