How do I cancel a booking made by an instant reservation?

Hi, 

A guest recently made a booking for our spare bedroom. However, I noticed they have a really bad rating and one previous review mentioned they stole items from the property. 

Is there any way I can cancel this reservation without losing my superhost status?

But be prepared for some issues - some hosts reported that their cancellations didn't go according to this scenario...
