How do I contact Airbnb to correct a refund amount?
A guest left early and we offered a refund of $425 but Airbnb has refunded them $837. Has this happened to anyone else? How do we contact Airbnb to remedy the situation? Am I liable for Airbnb errors?
This also happened to my sister but on a lesser scale, you just need to go to Airbnb resulotions centre: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/resolution_center and submit your case! Hopefully they will sort it quickly for you as they did with my sister as it was their mistake!
