How do I contact Airbnb?

When we first set up our cottage to rent on Airbnb, we added a $20 cleaning fee.  However, it did not show up for the first two guest stays, but it is listed for our third reservation.  The first people were absolute SLOBS and even took items from the cottage.  I would like to get at least the cleaning fee.

Marzena, I am a co-host and resposible for the cleaning as I live on the property.  The cottage was my idea and I put a lot into her from the moment we decided to fix her up.  We have quality sheets. towels. kitchen ware, etc.....  Anyway, it's the Jasmine Cottage under host Cliff.
